Burwood White Suffolk Stud was founded in 1987 based on genetics from the highly successful BURWOOD SUFFOLK STUD.
The stud has achieved much success selling the Supreme Champion All Breeds of Adelaide Royal 1998 Burwood" Titan" 904/97 for the record price of $10000. Following this in 2000 selling the Champion Ram of the National White Suffolk Field days, Burwood Braveheart 1206/99 at the Adelaide Royal Elite Sale for $9500. Another ram, Burwood Hercules 1465/00, a son of Titan, was sold to New Zealand for $7000 in 2001
We aim to breed prime lamb sires that exhibit high growth, length of loin with good muscle An annual sale is held on property in September offering a selection of stud rams and ewes plus over 130 flock rams.
