EVENT TIMETABLE:

Set up: Thursday 10th Sept	From 8:00am	Exhibitors arrive and scan all sheep
Day 1: Friday 11th Sept	8:30am 6:00pm 6:30pm	White Suffolk judging commences White Suffolk Champion of Champions Dinner in the Shed. RSVP Required*.
Day 2: Saturday 12th Sept	8:30am 12:00pm 12:00pm 2:00pm 3:30pm 4:00pm	Suffolk & Border Leicester judging commences Sponsors Lunch Southdown judging commences Junior Judging & Handling Overall Supreme Breed Champion judging Exhibitors Meeting & AGM
Day 3: Sunday 13th Sept	9:00am 11:00am	Inspection of Sale Sheep AuctionsPlus Elite Sale

Friday evening dinner

A dinner will be held on Friday evening, 11th September 2026, in the Shed.
This is a catered dinner and RSVP is required. Exhibitors, sponsors, family and friends welcome.
Cost: $30 per adult (over 18 years) which includes food and beverages.
Children under 18 years free.

Exhibitors can RSVP with show entries using the online entry form.
Sponsors do not need to RSVP.
All other guests (non exhibitors) are asked to RSVP using the below Dinner RSVP form.
The cost per adult will be calculated on this form and can be paid online at the time of RSVP.
