A new National Sheep Health Declaration form has been released. It contains the usual questions on footrot, lice, Ovine Brucellosis, OJD, vaccinations, treatments and biosecurity plans. In this version there are now included questions on noxious weeds. This form is mandatory for all sheep movements in SA and for sheep being moved into NSW and TAS. It is voluntary in other states. The form is available from the farm biosecurity website (see attached). It can be completed online or printed and completed manually.
